drawings with shades of grey or colors going dark to light
We practice with stippling, hatching and cross-hatching, and using the
different value pencils
from F to 2H to the B's to ebony pencil. If you don't know what I'm
talking about and want
to experiment with value, go to Michael's or any art store and ask for pencils
with different
values. Some you don't need much pencil pressure to get a nice dark value,
and F or 2H are
nice and light.
